Week 1:
Healing the Wounds of Imperfection, Unworthiness, and Performance
We begin with the parts of you that learned to be perfect, give too much, or perform in order to feel valuable.
Through The Core Work and The Divine Lotus, we will soften the pressure to earn love, prove yourself, or become someone “more” in order to matter.
This session is about returning to the Divine Knowing: Your worth is already here. Before the doing. Before the giving. Before the success. Before the approval.
Week 2:
Healing the Wounds of Safety, Belonging, and Incapability
In our second session, we will work with the parts of you that learned to hide, overthink, brace, retreat, or feel alone in the world.
Through The Divine Lotus, we will invite these parts into a softer space.
A space where they no longer have to live in the past.
A space where life no longer has to feel too much.
A space where your heart can begin to trust again.
This session is about restoring trust. Trust in your body. Trust in your heart. Trust in your path. Trust in Source moving with you.
Week 3:
Healing the Wounds of Receiving, Deprivation, Vulnerability, and Unimportance
In our final session, we will work with the parts of you that learned to distract from pain, protect the heart, stay quiet, or make your needs smaller.
Through The Core Work and The Divine Lotus, we will gently invite your heart to open in a way that feels safe and true.
This session is about reclaiming:
Your voice.
Your joy.
Your energy.
Your needs.
Your right to be fully here.

Inner Child Healing
A big part of this journey is about welcoming the inner child into the present moment.
Because many of these wounds began when a younger part of us felt alone, unseen, unsafe, unsupported, or unsure how to be loved.
So instead of trying to fix those parts, we will embrace them.
We will listen.
We will bring them safety.
We will become the loving presence they needed then.
And gently, we will let them know:
“I see you.”
“I am here with you.”
“You do not have to stay back there anymore.”
“You are safe to come with me now.”
This is where deep integration can happen.
Because healing is not about rejecting the wounded parts of ourselves.
It is about loving them so fully that they no longer have to stay wounded.
